Shipping policy
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Locations
• Currently, we ship within the United States.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Local Pickup
• Customers can select free in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.
