Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking will be active within 24 hours.


Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Local Pickup

Customers can select free in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.
